  1. 寒住登記時間：114年11月26日09：00至12月10日中午12：00。
    The register duration for winter stay is from 2025/11/23 9:00AM to 2025/12/10 12:00PM.
  2. 登記方式：請選擇您需要的住宿期間，非選項中時段恕不開放登記。
    The way to register: Please choose the period you will stay. There’s no other option available if it’s not mentioned on the website.

＊請留意！由於寒假最後一週適逢農曆春節假期，因此不開放寒假最後一週入住之選項。若該時段預計住宿的同學，請選擇選項３～５的住宿期間，且入住日不可晚於2月13日，以免無法辦理入住！
*Please Note: Due to the final week of the winter break coinciding with the Lunar New Year holiday, the option to check in during the last week of the winter break is not available. Students planning to stay during that period must choose one of the lodging durations from options 3 to 5, and the check-in date must be no later than February 13th, to ensure successful check-in procedures.  
  1. 寒住費用預定於114年12月30日~115年1月11日出單繳費。請上網至彰化銀行網站下載繳費單。
    The estimated payment duration is from Dec.30, 2025 to Jan. 11, 2026. You can download the slip below or go to the reception for payment slip.

  2. 寒住繳費後如無法住宿需於開學後一周內提出申請（2026/3/2截止申請），逾時無法辦理退費。
    If you are unable to stay after the winter lodging fee has been paid, you must submit an application within one week after the start of the semester (application deadline: March 2, 2026). Refunds will not be processed for applications submitted after this deadline.
